"Change background colo(u)r" & "Toggle top / side menu layout" above both work by putting a cookie on your computer to retain your favorite settings.

If you'd prefer not to have a cookie put on your computer then you can add the following command line options (in bold) to the URL & bookmark the result:

Topmenu: ?tm=1

Background color: ?bg=RRGGBB

(Where RRGGBB is hex digits for the color you want. i.e. 808080 = grey, ff0000=red, etc.)

If you wish to add both then use the following format:

?tm=1&bg=RRGGBB
